Dutch based mae studio expresses motion and emotion through her minimal aesthetic and subtle use of colours. composition 02 contains two organic forms in black and white. a single diagonal cut divides the image in two between grey and offwhite, playing with the tones of the organic forms intersected. the result is a work that contains tension yet exudes a soft aesthetic.
