The shoe has a 100% waterproof, breathable tex membrane by the sole that protects against moisture from below. Water may enter from above. Impregnation is recommended. Prolonged exposure to very wet conditions may eventually allow moisture to seep through. For extended time in very wet environments, our winter rubber boots are recommended. The outsole is made of rubber, which is very light and offers great traction and flexibility.
