Regular treatment with a food-safe oil helps protect against drying and cracking. If an odour develops, a teaspoon of coarse salt rubbed into the board with half a lemon can effectively cleanse it. This product is made from FSC-certified wood and originates from responsibly managed, FSC®-certified forests
