Hammershøi Poppy is a line extensions of the popular series Hammershøi. The series is designed by Hans-Christian Bauer and Rikke Jacobsen decorates with beautiful poppy watercolor decoration on the white porcelain. Hammershøi Poppy is a poetic interpretation of the poppy in douce watercolor on classic white Hammershøi porcelain. The spacious teapot with brass handle, embraces the poppy life cycle with the motif of the flower in full bloom on the front, and in the bud on the opposite side of the jug. The poppy teapot gives the tea ritual a flourish when served with the poppy signature motif of fine stems and poppies in variation. With poppy teapot we get even more opportunities to see the poetry of the poppies both when the whole table is covered with Poppy tablesetting, and when the teapot is used in combination with the classic, white Hammershøi dinnerware.
