Matti draws inspiration from the nostalgic features of the Finnish everyday life, finishing the art pieces with warm humour. Matti Pikkujämsä has been working together with Lapuan Kankurit since 2010.
Lapuan Kankurit weaves this tea towel in our company's weaving mill in Lapua, Finland, using fully traceable raw materials: European long-staple linen and cotton. Company's unique finishing facility, located next to the weaving mill in Lapua, allows Lapuan Kankurit to give these textiles a high-quality finish. This means that, with proper care, the textile will retain its shape in home washing and maintain its form wash after wash.
The linen–cotton towel is long-lasting and only improves with use. Please note that the towel requires a few washes before its absorbency fully develops.
The towel has a hanging loop at the top. This product can also be used as a hand towel or a small cloth.
