Frying pan, 24 cm. The Paillon Hybrid series from Pillivuyt Gourmet is made of 3-ply stainless steel, which is a construction of two layers of stainless steel with an aluminium layer in between. This means that heat is distributed quickly and retained evenly. Thanks to the inner ceramic hybrid coating, you get a durable surface with an effective non-stick effect. The raised stainless steel pattern protects the base, while the ceramic top coating ensures that food does not stick.
