Choose the comb attachment for your desired trimming length—1 mm, 2 mm, or 3 mm—and attach it to the trimmer. For a very close trim, use the trimmer without a comb, which gives a trimming length of 0.8 mm. Turn on the trimmer and move it slowly and evenly through your hair in small sections, working systematically for an even result.
