With its 20 cm gently curved cutting edge, this knife cuts, slices and chops with impressive ease and control. The blade is forged from 67 layers of Damascus steel (10Cr15CoMoV). The complex manufacturing method results in an exquisitely patterned blade offering an outstanding combination of strength, flexibility and durability. The blade hardness rating is an impressive HRC 60 ±2 to ensure long-lasting sharpness and minimal maintenance. The pakka wood shaft sits stably and comfortably in the hand, while the protective quillon doubles as a natural thumb-rest. A perfectly balanced knife suitable for almost every cutting job.
