A versatile frying pan to handle everything from hightemperature searing to careful preparation of delicate ingredients. the pan body is made of 100 per cent recycled postconsumer aluminium topped with an effective ceramic sliplet® coating to prevent foods sticking and burning on for cooking and cleaning with ease. the pan is ovensafe up to 400 °c, compatible with all heat sources and dishwashersafe. this cookware is based on the classic ole palsby/eva trio design from 1977, which ensures that it still offers the renowned eva trio features such as cold handles, a pouring lip, stackability and compatibility with lids and other items in the eva trio range.
