Product information
Loaf pan in cast iron, 1.5 litres. Has many uses in the kitchen such as for baking nutritious bread or a delicious terrine. Perfect for all heat sources, including induction. This product is made of raw cast iron and therefore also has a raw surface finish. When cooking on a stove/glass hob, it is therefore important to lift the loaf pan when you need to move it – never push it back and forth. Suitable for oven and barbecue.Cast iron retains and distributes heat evenly and effectively. Not suitable for use with acidic foods (such as tomatoes and fruits). Never use cast iron for long-term food storage. Ensure that the cast iron is fully dry before putting it away so that rust does not form.Not dishwasher-safe. Wash by hand with hot water even before first use. Maintenance instructions and recipes attached.
