Whisk in oil-treated acacia wood, steel and silicone. To extend the lifetime, treat the surface with cooking oil several times a year. Wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Never soak the wooden whisk. Not dishwasher-safe. The product is made from FSC™-certified acacia wood (FSC-C166612).
