Aluminium with an anodized surface is easy to clean, offers increased durability and retains its appearance. It is always recommended to grease the pan with light baking spray or neutral oil. Baking in aluminium provides good and optimal heat distribution. Oven-safe up to 230 degrees and freezer-safe to -20 degrees. The use of wooden, silicone and plastic utensils, as well as washing by hand, is recommended.
