Did you know? Napkin rings originated in France in the early 1800s and were used as a way to identify one's napkin between washes. Each person had their own ring, and at the end of the meal, the napkin was rolled up and stored. Today, we use them more or less as decor, and we love how the nautical-inspired simplicity of our twisted stoneware ring pairs perfectly with virtually any napkin.
