What is Animal Observatory best known for?

Animal Observatory is a Spanish children’s brand founded in 2015 by Laia Aguilar and Jan Andreu. Known for its creative direction and retro aesthetic, the label treats children’s clothing as a canvas for visual storytelling. The designs blend nostalgic references with contemporary cuts, often featuring playful prints, mismatched colors, and unexpected proportions. Each collection is approached like a curated visual project, guided by a philosophy of creativity, comfort, and sincerity. The brand has become widely recognized for its artistic lens on kidswear, offering clothes that invite both imagination and personal expression. Its distinctive style has earned a dedicated following among parents and children who value design with character and emotional depth.

What products does Animal Observatory sell?

Animal Observatory’s children’s assortment features creative clothing in artistic colors and silhouettes. T-shirts, sweatshirts, and knitwear display vintage-style graphics, offbeat motifs, and relaxed fits. Dresses and skirts use soft cottons or knits with wide shapes and playful detailing. Seasonal outerwear includes bomber jackets and puffers in bright or contrasting tones. Accessories such as wool hats and scarves feature logo embroidery or animal-themed prints. Materials include cotton blends and wool knits, with an emphasis on bold visual identity. The collection supports layering, seasonal transitions, and imaginative everyday dressing with a distinctive personality. Each piece is designed to feel expressive yet comfortable, encouraging kids to move freely and dress with a sense of fun and individuality.
