The pot is ideal for cooking pasta and rice, and for preparing sauces and small portions of soup. the body of the pot is made from 98% recycled postconsumer aluminium and features a ceramic sliplet® coating that effectively prevents food from sticking and becoming burnt on, making cooking and cleaning easier. the design is based on the classic ole palsby/eva trio design from 1977, ensuring compatibility with existing eva trio lids. the pot can withstand temperatures up to 400°c, is scratchresistant and suitable for all heat sources. it is also dishwasher safe.
