Hvernig skal nota:
1. Start by washing your feet with warm water and a mild soap. Gently scrub away any dirt or impurities, especially between the toes and on the soles of your feet. Rinse off and pat your feet dry with a clean towel. You can use Le Mini Macarons Très Soft, which is an effective foot scrub for this purpose.
2. Once your feet are clean and dry, apply a small amount of foot cream to your fingertips. The amount will depend on the size of your feet. Massage the cream into your feet using gentle, circular motions, and apply even pressure to ensure it is absorbed well. Pay attention to dry areas or cracked heels.
3. To seal in moisture, you can optionally put on a pair of clean cotton socks after applying the cream.
