The hat has a practical split design with extra length at the neck to keep the child warm. The balaclava is made of a delicious wool blend with a soft velvet lining on the inside. The pompom is a product, made with fur from alpacas in the Bolivian highlands. Every pompom is unique and will vary in color and expression. No coloring is involved - except nature's own. The pompom is sewn by hand and can be washed. See instructions on the care label. This product is made of wool, known for its if cared properly: Wash it only when necessary. Select a gentle wool detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Always choose the gentle wool machine-wash cycle, turning the garment inside out. Use a low spin cycle. Reshape while wet. For hand washing, use lukewarm water and avoid wringing, gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Lay flat on a towel to dry - do not place on a radiator or in a tumble dryer.
