User guide The pelvic floor ball is suitable for training of the pelvis or for titillating stimulation. Insert the ball into the vagina and squeeze your pelvic floor muscles so that it remains in place and does not slide out. Slowly pull out after use. Product can be used to train the muscles in your pelvic floor to achieve increased sensitivity in the vagina as well as to prevent incontinence. Kegel balls should be worn for a maximum of 15 minutes daily to avoid overly tense muscles. The product is not suitable for anal use. Cleaning Always clean your sex toy before using it for the first time and after each use. Use warm water and mild detergent for regular cleaning and an antibacterial sex toy cleaner for optimal hygiene. Then let it air-dry. For anal sex toys, always use an antibacterial sex toy cleaner. Do not use a sex toy cleaner that contains alcohol, petrol or acetone. Storage and maintenance Keep your sex toy(s) separate from each other to avoid damage and to keep the material intact. Put it back in the original packaging after use or place it in a cloth bag or similar. Store in a dry place at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. If the material or surface is frayed, damaged or otherwise broken, do not use the product and dispose of it immediately. Lube Use a water-based lube with the product for the best experience. The skin gradually absorbs the water-based lube, which can be easily reactivated with a little water or saliva on the area.
