Use the shampoo every time you wash your hair. We recommend double washing your hair to benefit the most from the active ingredients. Apply shampoo to wet hair and scalp and massage in well. Then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply shampoo once again and massage into the scalp to create foam. You will find that the shampoo creates even greater foam the second time. This is because the shampoo ingredients are activated on the second hair wash. Massage in for a couple of minutes before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water. Make sure that no shampoo residue is left in the hair or scalp. Use the Scalp Scrub 1-2 times a week. Use the scrub instead of the shampoo when you wash your hair. You can use the Scalp Scrub for the first and second wash if you double wash. You can also use the Scalp Scrub first and then finish with the Hair Clean shampoo. Apply the scrub to wet hair/scalp. Take your time to make sure that the grains are massaged into the scalp and pay special attention to areas with itching, dandruff, pimples, etc. When done, rinse thoroughly. Repeat with the Scalp Scrub once more or use the Tea Tree shampoo for the second wash. Make sure that all soap residue and grains are completely washed away from the hair and scalp when done.
