Insert the ball into the vagina and squeeze your pelvic floor muscles so that it remains in place and does not slide out. Slowly pull out after use. Start with the least heavy ball and slowly train your pelvic floor by increasing the weight. The balls can be used to train the muscles in your pelvic floor to achieve increased sensitivity in the vagina as well as to prevent incontinence. Kegel balls should be worn for a maximum of 15 minutes daily to avoid overly tense muscles. The product is not suitable for anal use. Cleaning Always clean your sex toy before using it for the first time and after each use. Use warm water and mild detergent for regular cleaning and an antibacterial sex toy cleaner for optimal hygiene. Then let it air-dry. For anal sex toys, always use an antibacterial sex toy cleaner.
