Twist up - Borðspil

In this team language game, it's all about communication! The players divide into teams, with one "speaker" and one "doer" in each team, and the players swap roles after each round. Guided by their speaker team-mate, doers must recreate the setup shown on the challenge card, paying attention to the animals’ orientation and coloured backgrounds. Good communication and listening skills are a must to successfully replicate the challenge card, especially as all teams play at the same time. Only the speakers get to talk, the doers can't ask ant questions. When a team think that they have completed the challenge, they stop the round and their creation is checked against the challenge card. If they've got it right they win the challenge card, but if they've got it wrong they loose one of their previously won cards. The first team to win 5 challenge cards wins the game. The game comes with a compact, easily portable box. Content: 30 challenge cards, 27 plastic “animal” cards (3 sets of 9), 27 plastic “colour” cards (3 sets of 9), game rules in 10 languages, 1 storage box. Game time: Approximately 15 min.
