The Zwilling ENFINIGY milk frother comes with two accessories with different functions, it both stirs and foams. With its built-in heating element, it can foam both cold and hot milk and works equally well with e.g. hot chocolate. Milk foam becomes both creamy and keeps its firm texture for a long time. Even lactose-free milk and plant-based milk alternatives like soy or pea milk work just like well. The jug has ergonomic handles that give you a stable grip. The non-stick coating of the jug makes the container very easy to clean. The milk frother maintains a constant temperature and the heating elements ensure that the milk does not get too hot, which avoids an unpleasant taste that can otherwise occur over too high heat.
