I had been using recycled running shoes after their Km run out for the gym and this Puma shoes have made a huge difference. They have a lot of grip and feel really sturdy. When I lift weight or do exercises on my toes or sides, I don't need to worry about sliding, so it makes lifting weights safer and more enjoyable. I really recommend them.
