Product information

Labia pads are small, leaf-shaped absorbent cloth pieces. These little pads are placed between the outer labia and can be used together with cloth pads, menstrual cups, or other period products to help “guide” the flow to the center of your pad. They’re especially helpful if your period tends to have a mind of its own and doesn’t always stay where it should. Labia pads are great on heavier flow days, and can also be used on their own for discharge or light incontinence – for example, when sneezing, laughing, or during other everyday moments. How to use: Fold the labia pad in half lengthwise and place it between the outer labia.
